Disney Dreamlight Valley offers a wide array of culinary dishes, and the A Rift in Time expansion introduces several flavorful options for adventurous home cooks. Among these meals is Ruby Masoor Dal, a vibrant three-star recipe inspired by traditional red lentil dishes. Preparing this soup requires specific ingredients gathered from different biomes across the valley.
Required Ingredients for Ruby Masoor Dal
To prepare Ruby Masoor Dal, players must collect three specific culinary items. The required ingredients consist of one Ruby Lentil, one Chili Pepper, and one Tomato. Combining these three components at any cooking station creates the complete dish.
Using additional items is unnecessary since three ingredients fulfill the recipe requirements. Keeping exact measurements preserves inventory space while gathering ingredients across different locations. This balanced recipe offers a great way to use region-specific produce.
Where to Find Each Ingredient
Obtaining Ruby Lentils requires access to the Wild Tangle biome on Eternity Isle. Players can purchase Ruby Lentil seeds from Goofy's Stall in this area after completing necessary storyline quests. Planting and harvesting these seeds yields the primary component for the meal.
Chili Pepper seeds can be acquired at Goofy's Stall located in the Sunlit Plateau. Tomatoes are equally accessible, with seeds sold at Goofy's Stall along Dazzle Beach. Harvesting both crops provides the secondary ingredients needed to finish the recipe.
Benefits of Cooking Ruby Masoor Dal
Cooking Ruby Masoor Dal serves multiple useful functions for players exploring Eternity Isle. Consuming the prepared meal restores a substantial amount of energy to help sustain long exploration sessions. It can also be sold at stalls for Star Coins or gifted to villagers to raise friendship levels.
Mastering this dish helps complete the expansion recipe collection while providing a reliable meal option. Gathering the ingredients introduces players to multiple biomes and gardening activities. It remains a rewarding recipe to learn early in the expansion.
